Jared, 38, has been in the real estate business since the age of 18, earning his sales license in both New York and Florida while also attending college. During semester breaks, he worked as a sales associate and apprentice to a master builder of custom homes in New York learning the business literally from the ground up.

After graduating from the University of South Florida with a degree in Sociology, Jared was co-producer of an award winning local television program, LUDA (Living Under Dynamic Attitude), which airs weekly to this day. He sits on the Board of Directors for Creative Clay, Inc., a non-profit organization that assists developmentally handicapped adults realize beauty, potential and self fulfilment through the arts and is a member of the Southeast Real Estate Investors Association (SREIA), a group dedicated to assisting in the success of experienced and beginning real estate investors in the Tampa Bay Area by promoting top notch education and superior networking opportunities.

In 1994, Jared formed Bison Financial Group, Inc. with his brother, David. Jared is a licensed real estate sales associate, mortgage broker and partner in the firm.

Jared leads a very active lifestyle enjoying aerobie, beach volleyball, cycling, running, skiing, snow boarding, wake boarding, kayaking, fishing, scuba diving and mountain biking. He is married to Kathryn Repka, a residential real estate associate and registered nurse, who recently gave birth to their first child, Calvin.
