CLEARWATER, Florida - Bison
Financial Group, Inc., a real estate brokerage firm based
here announces the sale of a 2.04 acre commercial parcel at
Parc Imperial, located at Imperial
Lakewoods Golf and Country Club just off I-75 and Exit
45 in Palmetto, Florida. The purchaser, a major Tampa Bay
investment and development firm is currently in discussions
to build a gas/convenience store on the site.
David Repka, President of
Bison, who was the exclusive listing and selling broker in
this transaction says, "We are please to have sold the first
commercial lot at Imperial Lakewoods and are currently marketing
5 additional parcels that are suitable for a variety of retail,
restaurant, multifamily and hotel uses. The rapid growth of
Manatee County as the new development hotspot is inevitable
as there is just no more dirt available in Pinellas County.
Manatee is where the action will be for the foreseeable future."
A copy of the internet sales package is available at http://www.bisonfinancial.com/selling/imperial_salespkg2.html.
Developer Dennis Bradford
states, "I've known in my gut for 2 years now that Manatee
County is the place to be. We are only 20 minutes to Sarasota,
St. Pete and Brandon. I can get to the airport faster from
Imperial Lakewoods than from my Tarpon Springs home. It is
great to have your instincts confirmed by such an astute investor
as our purchaser. It has help us crystallize our thinking
and now more than ever our partnership is willing to participate
in a joint venture to develop additional sites at Parc Imperial."
Parc Imperial is a 15 acre
parcel of land adjoining the Imperial
Lakewoods Golf and Country Club. The commercial lots feature
expansive views of the 18 hole championship golf course and
the new residential subdivision, the Fairways at Imperial
Lakewoods, featuring 300 homes being built by Ryland
Homes the nation's fifth largest homebuilder.
