The property features 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartments on a 7 acre site. Bison represented the Seller and John Beeck of Brenner Real Estate Group in South Florida represented the buyer, a Miami based investment partnership.

This marks the third transaction Bison has arranged for this property and the selling group. Bison originally arranged the bridge financing for this property in 1998, arranged the permanent financing in 1999 and now the sale in 2001. The property was sold for $3.325 million and was subject to a first mortgage of approximately $2.6 million held in a securitized pool of loans. The assumable financing created multidimensional issues requiring the talents and finesse of Bison's loan processing department as well as real estate brokerage skills to get the property closed in a reasonable timeframe.
