BCUSA seeks development sites
in the Greater Tampa Bay area which meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of four acres
of useable land
- Zoned (or able to be rezoned)
for retail use
- Frontage on a major artery
or through-street, preferably located at a jughandle or
intersecting street with signalization
- Area of affluent demographics
combined with rapid growth and limited small bay retail
- Existing facilities appropriate
for redevelopment
Our focus is retail sites.
We will consider larger sites for mixed use developments that
combine retail, professional office, flex space and residential
uses *.
