BCUSA seeks development sites in the Greater Tampa Bay area which meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of four acres of useable land
  • Zoned (or able to be rezoned) for retail use
  • Frontage on a major artery or through-street, preferably located at a jughandle or intersecting street with signalization
  • Area of affluent demographics combined with rapid growth and limited small bay retail
  • Existing facilities appropriate for redevelopment

Our focus is retail sites. We will consider larger sites for mixed use developments that combine retail, professional office, flex space and residential uses *.
