The principals of Bison have formed Business Condos USA Tampa Bay to develop commercial condos in partnership with Business Condos USA National, LLC. Founded in 2002 BCUSA has grown to become the nation’s largest developer of business and commercial condominiums having completed 14 projects with over 1.2 million square feet in Jacksonville, FL before starting a nationwide expansion plan.

Proud to be part of the continued success and growth of Business Condos USA, brothers David & Jared Repka of St. Petersburg, Florida, have joined the team as one of the founding franchisees with a focus on the Tampa Bay area from Hernando to Sarasota Counties.

Our goal is to develop 40 projects in the Tampa Bay region in the next 10 years. We have purchased our first site and are currently designing The MarketPlace at Apollo Beach in the booming South Shore area of Hillsborough County. The MarketPlace at Apollo Beach is located on US-41 across from Mira Bay and is designed as a mixed-use, pedestrian friendly village reminiscent of the downtown central business & shopping district of a bygone era. We anticipate the construction of approx. 100,000 sf of retail and office space in mid 2007. We currently have other sites earmarked for serious consideration.

Starting in 1994 with the formation of Bison Financial Group,we have focused the bulk of our time and talent on generating fee income from the sale and financing of Florida commercial properties and establishing relationships with key developers, investors and capital providers that would ultimately lead to partnerships and equity ownership.

We have been involved in over a billion dollars in transactions as either a real estate broker, mortgage broker, development advisor or principal since the firm was founded. We look forward to building a prosperous enterprise with significant growth as an integral part of the Tampa Bay community.
